Terms of Service

By accessing or using Perfect Prep AI's mobile application and related services ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Perfect Prep AI regarding your use of the Service.

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify us immediately.

When using our Service, you agree not to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Interfere with the proper operation of the Service
• Create multiple accounts for abusive or fraudulent purposes

Perfect Prep AI offers Monthly Unlimited and Yearly Unlimited subscriptions that provide access to premium IELTS practice features. By subscribing to our Service, you agree to the following:

• Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled
• Monthly Unlimited renews each month and Yearly Unlimited renews each year at the price shown by your app store or checkout provider at purchase
• Subscription fees will be charged to the payment method attached to the store or checkout provider you used to subscribe
• Price changes will be communicated before they take effect
• Any trial or promotional pricing shown at purchase will convert to the disclosed renewal price unless you cancel before the trial or promotional period ends

Subscription management and cancellation are handled through the store or checkout provider used for purchase. To cancel a native mobile subscription, visit your App Store or Google Play account subscription settings and follow the cancellation instructions. You will keep access until the end of your current paid billing period unless your store provider or applicable law provides otherwise.

All payments are non-refundable except where required by law. Native mobile refund requests are processed by Apple or Google Play according to their refund policies.

If you believe you were charged in error or wish to request a refund, please contact the store or checkout provider used for purchase. You can also contact us at support@perfectprep.ai for help locating the correct support path.

The Service and all content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, and software) are owned by Perfect Prep AI and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any materials from the Service without our prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Perfect Prep AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.

We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of the Service's content or the content of any websites linked to the Service.

While we strive to provide accurate test preparation materials, we do not guarantee specific score improvements or test results.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

Your continued use of the Service after any changes to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Perfect Prep AI is a service offered by Schultz Reyes Enterprises LLC, a Delaware limited liability company with its principal place of business in the United States.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Schultz Reyes Enterprises LLC, a Delaware limited liability company doing business as Perfect Prep AI, is the official entity providing this Service.

For users outside the United States:

• Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules
• The seat of arbitration shall be Wilmington, Delaware
• The language of arbitration shall be English
• Judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

Perfect Prep AI is based in the United States and provided for use by individuals located in select international markets. We make no representations that the Service is appropriate or available for use in other locations.

Important notice regarding availability:

• The Service is not currently intended for use in European Union member states
• The Service is not currently intended for use in the State of California
• Users from these regions should not use the Service at this time

If you access the Service from a location where it is not authorized, you are responsible for compliance with local laws. We reserve the right to limit or block access to the Service from certain regions at our discretion.
